Below are some tips on how you can make your menu work for you with minimal ingredients.

  • Pair up an expensive dish with not-so-expensive potato sides like a unique mashed potato recipe
  • Create a monthly rotating menu of sides using potatoes
  • Have different potato options on the menu like boiled, baked or fried
  • Create a signature potato salad recipe using a colourful variety of veggies like cucumbers, red or green bell peppers, green beans or tomatoes
  • Create a ‘Ceasar’ potato salad or a ‘Greek’ potato salad
  • Create a section on the menu entitled ‘Potato sides’ with many different options for baked, fried or mashed potatoes so customers can choose from an extensive list
